Dog Friendly Travel – Cambria, CA Restaurant #4 – Wild Ginger

We decided to venture out of downtown area one night and found a Thai restaurant, still on Main Street, that had an outdoor patio area and allowed dogs.

Spot #4 – Wild Ginger (2380 Main Street, Cambria, CA 93428)

Wild Ginger is a Asian fusion restaurant that specializes in Thai dishes.  The indoor eating area is small so if you decide to sit inside, make sure you go early.  There is plenty of parking nearby.  The outdoor patio had heat lamps and isn’t that large but perfect if it’s not crowded.  The staff was very friendly and the food was great!  If you eat outside, just a heads up…your food can get cold fast.  The dishes were very good and you can tell that fresh ingredients were being used.  I got the pad thai and my husband tried the hunan beef which is a wok stir fry of filet mignon, shiitake mushrooms and onions with a side of brown rice.
